High Holiday Family Programs

We are thrilled to welcome children of all ages to Temple Shalom! We will have the following services and free childcare available for families with children on the mornings of Rosh Hashanah Day 1 (9/23) and Yom Kippur (10/2).

Services
Rosh Hashanah
10-11am Tot Rosh Hashanah (0-7 with parents & caregivers)
10-11am Junior Congregation (7+ parents and caregivers welcome but not required)
Yom Kippur
10-11am Youth Service (7+ parents and caregivers welcome but not required)

Childcare - (please pre-register for ages 0-7 Childcare)
Rosh Hashanah
11am-1:30pm Childcare (0-7 in the School Building Activity Room, light snacks provided)
11am-1pm  Supervised Older Kid Drop-In (games and snacks for ages 7+ in the Chapel)
Yom Kippur
10am-1:30pm Childcare (0-7 in the school building activity room, light snacks provided)
11am-1pm Supervised Older Kid Drop-In (games and snacks for ages 7+ in the chapel)
 
For any kids who are hanging out in the lobby, we always appreciate parents keeping an eye on them and reminding them to respect the space they are in so that we can all enjoy the beauty of the High Holidays. 
Please select any times you expect to use childcare so we can plan staffing accordingly. Pre-registration is greatly appreciated!
We will also have drop-in space available for older children to play board games or have a snack after our youth services have completed (from 11-1:30) on the mornings of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

   Yom Kippur Youth Service (Thur 10/12, 10-11am, 7+ parents welcomed but not required)While services are open to all, RSVPs help us plan our space and staffing appropriately.
