2024 Camp Six Acres Registration Instructions

We can't wait to welcome you to Summer 2024 at Camp Six Acres! 

Pre-Registration will open on Tuesday, February 20th

• 10am for Returning Families
• 1pm for All Campers

Spaces will fill quickly!

Steps for NEW Family Camper Registration:

• Step 1: On February 20th, click on the Pre-Registration Form to sign up your child(ren) for your desired sessions. If you are on the wait list only, STOP HERE. 
• Step 2: If you have pre-registered for a session (not just the wait list), follow the instructions in the Visual Registration Guide to create an account in our ShulCloud platform. Be sure to follow the steps to add your child(ren) to the account and update your family's information. 
• Log into ShulCloud
• Step 3: Complete the Registration Form to match your pre-registration. We will only confirm registrations that match your pre-registration. This step must be completed within ONE WEEK of pre-registration.

Steps for RETURNING Family Camper Registration:

• Step 1: Log into ShulCloud (Test that you can do this NOW, before the Pre-Registration window opens. You must use your existing account.)
• Confirm your account information, including your child(ren)'s information, is correct
• Step 2: On February 20th, click on the Pre-Registration Form to sign up your child(ren) for your desired sessions. If you are on the wait list only, STOP HERE.
• Step 3: If you have pre-registered for a session (not just the wait list), complete the Registration Form to match your pre-registration. We will only confirm registrations that match your pre-registration. This step must be completed within ONE WEEK of pre-registration.

Steps for CIT Registration:

If your child is entering the 8th or 9th grade, they are eligible to be a CIT.

• Step 1: Your child must complete the CIT application. This application is open now.
• Step 2: Receive approval welcoming your child to the CIT program. Spaces are limited.
• Step 3: Once their application is approved, you will be able to log in and register them using the Registration Form. Please wait for approval before registering.

Temple Shalom Members and Six Acres Nursery School Class of 2024

If you are a Temple Shalom member family or if your child is graduating from Six Acres Nursery to move on to Kindergarten in the fall, your should have received an email this evening about Priority Registration starting February 12th. If you did not receive this email and believe you should have, please contact office@campsixacres.org.
